FMDC admission procedure

FMDC admission procedure for is given and explained in this article. Fedral medical and dental colleges (FMDC) is also a medical education governing body under federal government and is affiliated with medical colleges present in Islamabad both public and private. FMDC also takes its entry test and is conducted by NTS.

Admission procedure for FMDC test

Admission procedure for FMDC entry test is as below but remember this time the test is conducted by HEC.

• Apply online at http://etc.hec.gov.pk

 Note: Registration number mentioned on the B- Form should be used for the registration at http://etc.hec.gov.pk In Case of Any issue (Registration Error, Registration Portal Issues, Result Issues etc.) please contact HEC (Higher Education Commission)" .

• 100 seats per year have been allocated for admissions in MBBS at Federal Medical & Dental College (FM&DC).
• Every effort is taken to ensure transparency and addressing concerns in induction of students at FM&DC for which the HEC (Higher Education Commission) is assigned the responsibility of adherence to the relevant Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC) rules and regulations. 
• Seats allocated to students according to approved quota are given below: -

2. Punjab 38 
3. Sindh (R) 09 
4. Sindh (U) 06 
5. KPK 09 
6. Balochistan 05 
7. Gilgit Baltistan 02 
8. FATA 02 
9. AJK 02

•  Currently six batches comprising of around 500 MBBS students have been admitted in the College. 
•  Selection Criteria: 

1. HSSC Marks: 65% Minimum Admission Test will be conducted by HEC(Higher Education Commission).
